I hold monthly practice meetings in central Newcastle to support the journey of mindfulness practice beyond the 8 week course.
These sessions are open to anyone who has completed an 8 week MBSR or MBCT course, however recently or long ago and in all stages of mindfulness practice. The sessions offer an opportunity to support and refresh your practice, to help keep motivated, inspired and encouraged, and to meet in a friendly group environment to share practice in the supportive company of others. The meetings offer time for guided practice, the exploration of a theme, and also the chance to discuss the experience of developing and sustaining practice at home.
